We are an executive search firm Engage Advisory from Brno, which operates EVOLVE! events – educational event for HR professionals. Our goal is to develop the level of recruitment and HR in the Czech Republic, create a platform for new trends and technologies, share current tips and bring inspiration from abroad.
Since 2015 we regularly hold EVOLVE! Summit, a unique event for HR professionals, recruiters and sourcers from CEE. In 2018, more than 450 recruiter and hiring managers from the CEE region visited it. The next edition will take place on 12th and 13th November 2019 in the Brno Sono Center and you can find out more about it at www.evolvesummit.cz.
In April 2017 we are in the EVOLVE family! events added another action, EVOLVE! Masterclass, practical trainings for recruiters and HR professionals in the form of a full-time workshop with a limited capacity. The first guest was Greg Savage, a legendary recruit craft from Australia, last year we welcomed Mark Tortorici, sourcing guru from California and this year you can look forward to recruiting expert Bill Boorman. Another addition to EVOLVE! families became EVOLVE in August 2018! Stories – video interviews with interesting people from the world of recruitment and human resources. It is released every month and you can watch it on YouTube or listen as a podcast in your podcast applications.
Our events are attended by a wide range of HR professionals – from small business employees to those from large agencies, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and neighboring countries.
