Data protection conditions

Information for individuals about the processing and protection of their personal data:

The consent with the processing of personal data contained in this registration form is the legal basis for their processing and is granted in accordance with the § 13 par. (1) a) of Act no. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the Act“), in conjunction with Art. 6 ods. (1) (a) Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation“).

The purpose of processing personal data is to include them in the public partner database, which will be available on the www.hrprofil.eu  website operated by HR Profil s. r. o. with registered office Drieňová 16940 / 1H, IČO: 51967189, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the District Court Bratislava I, Section Sro, Insertion č. 131719 / B, email contact: info@hrprofil.eu  (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator“) and further contacting of partners located in this database via the Operator’s newsletter.

The provision of personal data is voluntary, but without this provision, the fulfillment of the above purpose would not be possible. Personal data will be processed for the duration of the interest of the individual concerned for their use for the intended purpose, that is, for the duration of that purpose, while consent to the processing of personal data may be revoked at any time upon a written request addressed to the Operator. As a result of the revocation of consent to the processing of personal data, the individual concerned will also be erased from the Operator’s database.

Personal data processing will not lead to an automated decision making or profiling. The Operator does not intend to provide personal data to a third country, to an international organization or to any third person, except for visitors to the above websites and intermediaries who provide for the Operator and his purposes or may, in the future, management of internet sites, CRMs, and newsletters of the Operator.

In particular, the individual concerned has the right to require from the Operator access to his or her personal data, their correction or deletion, or limitation of processing, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, if the Operator is in breach of the Regulation and /or law.
